How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Range varies by model, but most of our scooters offer between 15 to 40 miles per charge depending on rider weight, terrain, and speed mode selected.
What is your shipping policy for oversized items?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all electric scooters within the continental US. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days.
Are the scooters water-resistant for rainy weather?
Most of our scooters have an IP54 or higher water-resistance rating, meaning they can handle light splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy rain or through deep puddles.
Do I need to assemble the scooter myself?
Our scooters arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few screws using the included toolkit.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
Every scooter comes with a 12-month limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects.
Can I return the scooter if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
