We want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electric scooters in original, unused condition. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Scooter

  Carefully place the scooter and all original components back into the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the scooter's condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
